Overcome my Anxiety Disorder

I have written a page that discusses my struggle with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) over the past few years. I am hoping that this entry will give people who also suffer from this disorder a sense of hope. I want to show people that if you are determined enough to beat something you can. You just have to find that belief in yourself to do so. I am not completely over my disorder and I don’t know if I ever will be, but I am now at a stage where I am in control of managing it so that is doesn’t consume my everyday life.

I decided to create a blog because I wanted somewhere where I could collect my thoughts and track my progress of the goals that I have set myself in life, whilst hoping to inspire others along the way.

The most important part of my blog, in my opinion, is the ‘My Bucket List’ section. Check it out! Having a Bucket List has given me the motivation I need to achieve more goals and help me live my life to its fullest.
